While it is not walkable to town, it is a beautiful, quiet, secluded oasis with a lovely garden, spectacular birds and an incredibly warm and helpful staff who helped us order dinner to be delivered and made us one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. Eden Atenas is a wonderful place to stay. The included breakfast every morning is nothing short of incredible!!! The staff was so nice all the time and were always available to answer any questions we had about the area. Our hot water went out on day 2 but the host graciously moved us to a cabana with instant hot water. If you get the chance, upgrade to a cabana…100% worth it

There are not enough positive words that I can say about Eden Atenas. From the moment we checked in, it was paradise. Inid (not sure the spelling) and Lucy, the chihuahua, greeted us graciously and were a pleasure. The grounds are amazingly beautiful with a very large variety of plants and trees. The birds were plentiful and gorgeous. We staying in the suite in the back and it was perfect. Would love to visit again in the future.
