The apartments were very nice! Newly renovated, modern and clean. Faisal was great! Very helpful with directions to a local restaurant which was close by and much needed after a long travel day! He also helped arrange a shuttle from the airport and a shuttle to the cruise port for us.

Altogether a lovely room and super service. The only let down was the surrounding areas, many dilapidated buildings in the area. In terms of all other parts. Kept me informed, incredibly attentive and the cleaning service was top class. The buildings inside are very well maintained but the outside area was poor. 10 out of 10 service, 10 out of 10 for inside the building. 4 out of 10 for surrounding areas. Not under his control but a obvious area of concern and turn off.
