A fantastic view from the balcony, sometimes you feel you are sailing on a boat. The beach is in front of the studio apartment. A romantic sunset late afternoon. Approximately 30m2 area apartment on the second floor of the building with all the facilities needed like the kitchen and bathroom. There is no separate bedroom and the main room turns to bedroom in the night. It's ideal to accommodate two people. Near by there are restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, park, cafeterias.
