The breakfast was very good. Coffee was exceptional! We also had dinner the previous night and it was truly amazing - delicious and the portions were huge! I had a question about the 10 euro climate control (environmental) tax charge that I paid at check-in. Did you add this this tax already when I reserved the hotel? I hope I didn't pay twice. Please let me know . If so , could you refund me the extra 10 euros ( $) in dollars refunded to my credit card? Thank you! The hotel was really just what we wanted. The shuttle was great!

Young lady at front desk exceptional. Shuttle driver did a great job. Restaurant staff was very good our dinner server was awesome, unfortunately I do not remember her name. Very helpful with menu and service with interactions. She was great and friendly. Dinner 19Oct.

Very nice room, the beds were very comfortable. It is quite a distance from the airport but a shuttle was available on the :30 and left the hotel on the hour.

Beautiful room. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Paking is not provided. We found a private one 3 blocks away overnight stay for 30 euros. Ancient Angora is 10 min walking distance. We loved how centered the hotel was

Convenient hotel pretty close to the airport. The sea view from the hotel is nice. There are several restaurants nearby. The room was a bit small (similar to other hotels in Europe though). Shower in the room was a bit silly with no door. Bathroom doors had no locks. Our room faced the sea and the ferry port. Given the wind direction, we could often smell ship exhaust when we opened the window. There is a beach park right next to the hotel though it was a bit too cold and windy when we stayed. Overall, we would stay there again.

Close proximity to Rafina port, free transport to the airport and free buffet breakfast (great variety and it was good) were the deciding factors for choosing this hotel. The room was clean and had a great sea view. The hall at night was a little rowdy for a Mon night but it could have been a one off. There’s a nice beach next door. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was good. To my knowledge, no shopping nearby for souvenirs so best to get that elsewhere prior. In the area was an ice cream shop, pharmacy, church, a few restaurants on the pier as well as a few around the little park behind the hotel.

Room was small, Beds are seperated so sleeping with someone you’re fighting a gap. Shuttle to and from airport leaves every hour so that is a huge convenience. This hotel best suited for a lay over or a reschedule flight. We used it to stay one night and get adjusted to the time change which o highly suggest

The location might be convenient for ferry travelers, but the front desk experience completely ruined our stay. The staff were rude, impatient, and acted desperate when they couldn’t understand basic English — which is surprising, considering the hotel is right at the port where most guests are international and English-speaking. Instead of trying to help, they gave us attitude and even rolled their eyes. Definitely not the kind of welcome you expect when arriving in Greece. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they seriously improve their customer service.
