The property is nice and convenient to downtown and campus but the musty, damp smell in the room was so overpowering when we opened the door that I had to prop it open to air it out. Not sure if it’s because of all the rain recently or a malfunctioning AC unit but it was pretty bad. Otherwise the room was fine. Would not stay here again unless dampness issue is remedied.

Completely not worth the money

It is a motel and not a hotel. Outdated, musty rooms. Air conditioner was leaking onto the floor.

We were looking forward to staying at this hotel because it advertised an onsite restaurant. Upon arrival we were informed that the restaurant was only open Thursday-Saturday. It would have been nice if this little tidbit had been mentioned on their website. However the biggest problem was MOLD in the bathroom!! I notified the front desk and she was very apologetic and refunded our parking fee. She said since we had already paid for the room that was all she was able to do. The fee was 12.00. Don’t trust the pictures on this hotel’s website. They are very deceptive

This room was disappointing: the shower was dirty, the room floor was very wet, we didnt get enough cups, there are no outlets near the night tables to charge phones, some outlets did not work, the tv does not have a guide.

This is more like a motel set-up than a hotel. There are no elevators, so a room on the bottom floor seemed like a good idea. It was, until the people upstairs checked in and I could hear every step they took. Also, the cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable. There was visible mildew on the shower caulking and tile grout. I will not stay here again.
