Kallimarmaro Residence is a complex of two separate buildings: the main modern house (2001), and a strictly renovated small neoclassical building (1960) used by the designer- owner as his workshop, now the 4th room-studio. Between them on ground level, interconnected with the pool with large folding glass panel doors, lies a lush patio planted with 5 huge fruit trees ( orange, lemon, pomegranate, fig tree, grapevine) + a real basketball hoop basket!
During your stay at this farm stay, you're just a quick walk from Goulandris Museum of Modern Art. Features include an indoor pool, a gym and laundry facilities.
