The restroom was horrible. The lavatory was within the shower and I mean trully within the shower. You could not step in front of the mirror since the floor was wet. The height of 6 feet less than tolerable and the tiles were from ages ago unlike the main space. We did not get the unit we were to have(this had single beds taking the entire place). Then the breakfast we were to have was suddenly plus five Euros. As Seasoned travelers we are aware of Greek accommodations. This is at the bottom. Do not send people here. They need some rehabilitation, better communication and accommodation. Greece is so wonderful and getting better. This had to do with 'grab the money' we will not see them again. Well...they heard from us.

This is not a luxury hotel, but it is clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant - especially Speros at reception. We just stayed one night before our cruise about if Lavrio & I couldn’t ask for a better combination of all above noted items a a very reasonable cost!

The property was conveniently located at the port. Breakfast was disappointing and cold. My travels partner is disabling and the property had a lift, however you have a lot of stairs to get to the lift. We were unable to carry our luggage down the stairs so we had to just let it fall down the stairs. The hot water has to be turned on for 15 minutes before use, then back off after. Washing your hands and face in cold water was not fun but better than waiting for the hot water.

Arrived past midnight and still the young gentleman at reception welcomed us with a smile and spoke perfect English with the children. The room was spotless, clean and tidy, despite the age of the fittings. We are becoming regulars, as we tend to stay here after a flight and before catching a ferry to the islands. Nikolakakis rooms is an option that has worked for us, every time. Looking forward to coming back on our next holiday in Greece.

Fab location but not invalid friendly sadly

A lovely location; right in the midst of things. Lovely Apt but twin beds were a little hard . However not practical for mobility impaired because there are steps before you get to the lift for the upper floors I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly if you are able to walk okay We were greeted with a huge smile and a big heart ; the lady on reception was not only attractive but so friendly and nothing was to much for her , a great place! Especially if you are catching a cruise out of Lavrio but even a weekend away it is a great place to be

The elevator is extremely small and the spiral staircase is very treacherous and has no grab railing. My wife took a fall and injured her knee. It could have easily been more serious as she went all the way down and hit her head on the wall at the bottom..
