We stayed for 3 nights. The first night, the water was out for awhile. Property management responded to my text right away, but a head's up when they realized there was a problem would have been appreciated. (Apparently, it was a known issue already and affected more than just our cabin.) The second day we smelled gas on our deck. I texted (it says text first), but did not get a response until after we checked out. It looks like it went through on my end, but it seems like guests should be able to have a more reliable way to communicate with management, especially when it comes to safety. The grill had not been cleaned anyway, so we didn't risk using it. Our bed was uncomfortable, but we didn't realize it was actually broken until we checked to make sure nothing was under there when getting ready to check out. It was propped up with some wood, but still bowed in the middle. These cabins are too expensive to have to sleep in a broken bed and not be able to use the grill. Otherwise, we were happy with our stay.
