Το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο, επιπλωμένο και εξοπλισμένο με λευκά είδη, έπιπλα, μικροσυσκευές και είδη σπιτιού.

Τα παιδιά είναι ευπρόσδεκτα, υπάρχει επιπλέον χρέωση από 0 έως 2 ετών και 30 ευρώ ανά διανυκτέρευση για κάθε παιδί και περιλαμβάνει το παιδικό κρεβάτι. Επίσης, για το άνοιγμα του καναπέ-κρεβάτι κατόπιν αιτήματος και επιπλέον σεντόνια υπάρχει επιπλέον χρέωση για 2 άτομα που θέλουν να κοιμηθούν σε ξεχωριστά κρεβάτια 20 ευρώ ανά διανυκτέρευση.

A 40 sq.m. apartment on the floor level in the center of Athens, featuring a fully functional kitchen and comfortable accommodation for up to four (4) guests. It includes one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa that can be converted into a double bed in the living room. The apartment is fully renovated, furnished, and equipped with linens, furniture, small appliances, and household items.

Other things to note:
Children are welcome. There is an additional charge for children from 0 to 2 years old, set at €30 per night, which includes a baby cot. Also, for the use of the sofa bed (upon request) and extra linens, there is an extra charge of €20 per night if two guests wish to sleep in separate beds.
