Unfortunately this establishment was not ideal. Check in was 3pm and I was not able to check in until after 6pm. Because a guest was still inside the unit. The unit was cleaned in a rush and was not fully clean , when asking for another unit . It was claimed they had no more . This unit came with no wash clothes , no tissue , no beach towels , no outside seating for porch , this was not a suite this was more like a fancy motel. One thing I liked was the storage area you can leave your items before checking in (if you can). I would not recommend this particular place , but I would recommend the location. This is just a room with a bathroom , I didn’t even have a way to heat up my food as there is no microwave in the unit. I would not recommend. The owner tried to accommodate however , he just didn’t seem capable of doing much and often told me to contact the woman who handles reservations. They over charged me for transportation as well, I was able to get a uber back to the airport for less. Overpriced for what is offered

Staff were very nice and helpful when accessing the building and the room. Great communication and was able to let me check-in early and later. Place is conveniently located to the coast, walking areas, plenty of food options, it's in the middle of residential neighborhood, and very calm. Room was clean, only recommendation is if there was a bottle of water or coffee, but other than that it was perfect.
