The hotel was small and personable. The staff was excellent. They met our very request with a smile, from assisting with ordering transportation to late check out. The two attendants at the front desk not only attended our needs but anticipated them. Excellent!!!

Niko was great. It was extremely loud and noisy so we couldn’t sleep. Our sink drain wouldn’t drain and then our shower backed up and had to be fixed. The breakfast was just OK. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. But I wouldn’t stay again.

Great location, average hotel

We felt a bit ripped off with the price we paid for our room as we paid extra for a nice room with a “hot tub” on the balcony what we got was a bath that was dirty and full of leaves and clearly out of use for some time. The shower door was broken and couldn’t be closed. The staff were aware of this already and told us at check-in but said they couldn’t get it fixed or give us a different room or anything. They said they’d give us some extra towels for the floor but never did. This meant the bathroom would have flooded if we used the shower. There was supposed to be a welcome bottle of wine but that was never mentioned. Another inconvenience in this hotel is the mini-lift that couldn’t fit both of us and our bags so that one of us had to walk the 7 flights of stairs each time we came and left the hotel. The room itself was lovely otherwise and This hotel is perfectly located to explore Athens within walking distance of the acropolis, historic sites and a huge array of shops restaurants etc and the metro. The buffet breakfast was quite good

We loved our stay at Vasi! It's a basic hotel in a great location. Very walkable to all the main attractions in Athens. Nikos at the front desk was very helpful with arranging our transportation and letting us check in early. He also prepared coffee for us when we arrived. Our room came with plenty water bottles, a bottle of wine, and earplugs because the street below is noisy at night (but tolerable). Breakfast was very good! I would stay here again. Good experience for a good price.

Needs better room inspection...

The place is centrally located. Very practical. Slept well. Does the trick. On the negative side... Shower needs a coat of paint (upper wall and ceiling showing mildew). In room safe not bolted down. And mine was locked when I got there. Shower head needs a change because it sprays everywhere. Curtain was falling off its hooks. These things might be exclusive to my room.

Great location near the acropolis, staff was so nice and helpful. Clean and elegant lobby, and the room was very nice. Bathroom was clean and roomy. Would definitely stay here again.
