Great staff, but hotels needs work

Had to change rooms twice due to room conditions (smoke, musty smells), but staff was extremely helpful in doing so. Hotel needs to be updated.

Need to fix your mold issues. Rooms well for the most part smell horrible like mold. But I recommend the Jacuzzi room. Didn't smell and so relaxing

The staff was great, can’t complain, but those rooms are not all that great. The first room had mold on the bed skirt and around the edge on the sheets. Then the humidity was awful and had the room smell like urine a little. Then the second room, there was a little mold on the walls and the bed skirt and the dresser look chewed up, and the sheets had little yellow stains in them. We kinda just looked at it as “it’s a cheap hotel, why expect more” but i wouldn’t recommend this to my friends honestly

I stayed almost a week between a regular room and a suite. There are small things that need repair a vent in the ceiling not properly mounted a leaking something inside a locked closet, but, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good, a short drive to pretty much everything. Overall great stay.

My vacation

It was my vacation and I enjoyed staying in your hotel. I was a little disappointed with the TV. I asked front desk. to fix the TV but the person who they sent that didn’t quite know how to fix the TV. The TV was blue the whole entire time I stayed there But for the most part I enjoyed my stay. One more thing provide a better space for dogs and a trashcan for their poop to go into. I just wish you guys were located in a better neighborhood for the most part, I enjoyed my stay😁
My breakfast it was good, but I don’t eat pork or beef. Should have an option for turkey or chicken.

I was told to book the night with a 3rd party after 1201 AM, after riding 1200 miles on a motorcycle, but had to wait until 4 AM to get into my room. I was so tired that did not attend the meeting I rode there for.
