The space

Relax - you've found the perfect spot! Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom entire home in Downtown Atlanta is just the place you need to access both comfortable accommodations and a convenient location to Atlanta's best attractions.
Upon entering the home, you will immediately be greeted by the spacious and inviting living area. This open floor plan common space is perfect for gathering with your crew and unwinding from the day's events. Sink into the family-sized sectional and enjoy your favorite show on the smart TV, complete with streaming apps like Netflix. Or, cook a delicious meal in the fully-stocked kitchen and share a group dinner in the dining area.
The first floor also contains a bedroom with full size bed and a separate full bathroom.
Up the stairs, you can find the laundry machines - washer and dryer - to launder your own clothes or refresh towels/linens as needed during a long stay. The primary bedroom with king size bed can also be found on the second floor. This bedroom is elegantly designed for your comfort and includes a smart TV with streaming apps, en suite bathroom with a separate tub, walk-in closet and a private balcony from which you can view the Mercedes-Benz stadium and Downtown Atlanta.
Completing the second floor are the final two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a full size bed. The two rooms are conjoined by a full Jack and Jill bathroom.
The house is fully stocked with essentials for your stay including:
Bath - bath soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels
Kitchen - pots, pans, basic seasonings, coffee, cream and sugar, dish soap, sponge
Street parking is free and available for guests of the property only. Up to two spaces can be used directly in front of the house, but typically additional parking can be found further down the street if needed (about 100-200 feet from the house).
Neighborhood:
Located in the Historic Vine City neighborhood, you will have the privilege of staying just a block away from the house where Rev. Dr. Martin Luther and Coretta Scott King raised their family on Sunset Ave. This is a rapidly improving area, but we are glad to share that previous guests report feeling safe and undisturbed by noise while staying with us. We are confident that you will enjoy your stay with us, but if any part of what I’ve described is concerning for you, please take that into consideration before booking this space for your Atlanta stay.
Keep in mind! Vine City is also a developing neighborhood, with ongoing efforts to revitalize the area. As you explore, you may notice refurbished housing and the emergence of new businesses. This transformation adds to the neighborhood's charm, but please keep in mind that it may not suit everyone's preferences. If you prefer a more established and polished environment, we kindly suggest considering other options before booking.
However, if you appreciate being a part of a neighborhood in transition, you'll have the opportunity to witness the positive changes firsthand. Engage with the friendly locals, who are enthusiastic about the neighborhood's revitalization, and discover the unique character that emerges from this exciting period of growth.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, excluding the water heater closet and a locked supply closet.
Guests also have access to the front porch, upstairs balcony, small back porch and up to 2 street-level parking spaces.

Parking is street-level only for up to 2 cars. Additional parking can typically be found further down the street if needed (about 100-200 feet from the house)
Guests must climb a short exterior flight of stairs (3-4 steps) to enter the home
Guests must climb a steep interior flight of stairs (8-10 steps) to access the second floor
