The room smelled of smoke and wasn’t a high floor like i asked for. It was 1130 though when we arrived and we just went to bed. We stayed for a volleyball tournament and packed up our stuff in case we didnt need to stay the second night. Got back to the hotel at 11 the second night and our keys didn’t work. They said we departed early. Umm no we didnt, paid for the room for TWO nights. After waiting 15 minutes and explaining the ridiculousness of them doing this they finally gave us another room. This was also after refusing to cancel my reservation 10 minutes after i made it because i booked it through Expedia. Don’t make the same mistake as me - this is not the Marriott close to the convention center. No shuttle there.
