We checked in on Friday around 11 a.m. and were greeted by a young lady (light-skinned with curly brown hair). Unfortunately, she seemed very aggravated. When my partner and I asked a question about the room, she abruptly cut us off and simply told us our room number. She was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. For the amount of money I spent, I expected to be greeted more pleasantly and treated with respect. To make matters worse, even after asking for a nice view, we were given a room that overlooked the highway and nearby buildings, which was disappointing. That said, the hotel itself was very nice and clean. The location was extremely convenient—everything was within walking distance, including a beautiful mall. I also felt safe leaving my vehicle in the parking lot. The night staff was much friendlier and more accommodating, which made the rest of the stay enjoyable. Overall, while the property is in a great location and offers a clean, safe stay, the poor check-in experience really left a negative impression.

Overall I loved my stay here. The only issues I had was the pool was being repaired during my stay and I love to swim. Other than that minor issue my stay was great!

The plus of staying here is the proximity to the mall. The rooms need updating regarding amenities. Floor tile in the bathroom was peeling and unsafe. The room lacked the common toiletries provided by hotels. The outlets were not placed in areas that were easily accessible for people who are doing business while staying in the room. The room also needed reading lights in addition to the lamps on the nighstands. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were nice. Slept well.

Okay stay.

The stay was okay, house keeping came to my door 3 times trying to get me to leave even though I told them I had a late check out and on the 3rd time they ENTERED my room!! Had I not had the top lock on they would’ve came in completely and apparently they did it to more guests as well. They also charge $25 a day for parking so with that and the extra fees it brought my total to $470 instead of the original $340 so he aware about that. More than likely I won’t be back to this hotel.
