DO NOT STAY HERE!!

One of the worst hotel stays ever. No house keeping for a "luxury" hotel. Security had a chip on their shoulder. Front desk did not ask about my stay at all, obviously they do not care. Worst restaurant in a hotel i have ever been to.

Nottttt bad at all for a quick weekend getaway. Valet parking is very congested at times. Waiting up to 30 mins for vehicle pick up. However I must say the staff is top tier. This has been by far the best customer service I’ve had in a while. All the staff is outstanding. Property is clean, presented as pictured and the pool is amazing. Activities such as the DJ and karaoke on Friday nights really sets the tone for a vacation vibe. Hope to see you all soon. Because it’s definitely 5:00 somewhere 🍹

A little confusing when you walk in and lots of pressure to sign up for a tour and when you book at tour they just pick a time for you. I was on work travel and lost my Deposit due to this. Very pushy.

Our stay was amazing. Tab checked us in and she provided us with the details of the hotel and different activities. She was wonderful. If we requested anything, it was delivered promptly to our room. The light bulb was out in the bathroom and was replaced very quickly. However Alima gave us a gift for the inconvenience. The hotel was clean and we enjoyed the different activities. All of the staff was amazing but Tab, Alima and Ashunti went above and beyond with making our stay a memorable one. We will definitely be returning soon.
