My family and I needed two rooms last minute and you were able to accommodate us for both rooms. The receptionist who assisted us was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. The rooms were spacious and clean and just what we needed for our weekend stay.

We stayed in room 434 and had to be switched to room 440 after we were forced to stay in a room with a broken AC. It stayed at 78f in our room all day and then all night. We were only offered a small circle fan. We stayed with a 2 year old child and a 11 year old child. The hot water didn’t work right away in room 434. We had to wait 2 hours to even get into that room at check in even though we booked 2 months in advance through Expedia. We requested a non smoke pet free room, however we were placed in a pet friendly room which triggered a member in our parties allergies. The pullout couch had metal sticking out everywhere, and again we were staying with a 2 year old who got scratched by mystery metal multiple times. The plugs were sticking out of the walls. I would not recommend for a family. We got down to breakfast the first morning after that horrible first night and they had run out of plates for the self serve breakfast. Worse condition Embassy we’ve ever stayed at.

I absolutely love the property I hate the fact that the kids are always unattended and uncontrolled in the breakfast & pool area everything is such a mess and not fair to the staff and other guest kids in the pool from 8am until 11 pm it should be a cut off time for kids in the pool area respectfully we all payed to swim…eat…& relax for mothers day and that didn’t happen at all I ended up checking out a day earlier it was just to much and the parents had no regards nor respect for no one else or the property
