I’m going to start by saying that I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars. The staff was kind, the breakfast was delicious, it’s centrally located near everything, and the shower had great water pressure and temperature. Also, the bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was with the air conditioning. It was extremely hot in the rooms. I’m not sure if it was the Georgia heat or if the hotel hadn’t turned up the AC. They did allow us to check out other rooms and we switched, but to be honest, all of the rooms felt about the same or worse. The thermostats seemed to be fixed and unadjustable. They were nice enough to provide us with fans, but unfortunately, the combination of the heat, the fan, and my sweating caused me to get sick. I had to drive 10 hours home with chills and body aches. Long story short: if the AC had been working properly, this hotel would have been perfect.

It was a decent stay. Rooms had fans in bedrooms..instead of AC. Evening reception drink choices wasn’t the best . Breakfast was good and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Housekeeping staff was great as well. Overall I would rate 3.5 for this embassy location.

A/C only worked sometimes and room was extremely hot at times. Hotel didn't have another room available to switch to … they offered refund for 2nights but booked for 3nights and no where locally had suites available. Stayed and air was fixed the morning of checkout . I asked for a refund on the parking and they obliged

When we checked in the front desk clerk was rude and very unprofessional. She asked for our credit card so a card could be on file. However, she was in possession of my credit card for too long acting as if she could not find our reservation. The following day/less than 24 hours later my banking fraud department called about potential fraud/suspicious activity. A charge was made on my card for over 380.00. I will be filing a fornal complaint with corporate. Also, the restaurant waitress and bartender were rude. It was obvious that they did not want to be on schedule. Therefore, we left and ordered dinner off property However, the breakfast staff were kind and pleasant. With the exception of the breakfast staff, housekeeping and the maintenance man I encountered, the staff that I mentioned that was on schedule during our stay are not a reflection of this nice property.

My mother and I stayed 2 nights at this hotel and everything about it was amazing from the time we pulled up on the property until departure. The rooms were very clean. I've been to several hotels and the tubs and bathrooms were dirty, but the tub , sink, and floor was extremely clean. The breakfast was fantastic!!! There was so much to choose from. The complimentary snacks and beverages was everything. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I am a content creator and will surely be telling everyone about the Embassy Suites.

The air conditioner was not functioning properly. It was hot in the rooms but they made sure it was nice and cool in the front lobby where you first enter the hotel. The cleaning staff stole medication off the bathroom counter while we were gone. The front desk staff was very helpful with assisting in this matter. Management never followed up with trying to reach out or offer any compensation for this unpleasant stay at their facility. I would not recommend this hotel facility to my family or my worst enemy.
