Hot tub was not working, pool was dirty and full of unattended kids, our room key didnt work the next day when we got back and room was good, bed comfortable but run down drapes wouldn't close all the way had to clip. Just not great for the price, was going to get another room betyer rating less expensive but chose this one for hot tub

I would have rated my stay excellent but I asked to be sent a blanket 2 times and never received it. The hotel is always exceptional and the breakfast is an added benefit though the cost of parking is ridiculous.

The sink in the bathroom was stopped up. We asked for a blanket and pillow for the sofa bed and was told they didn't have anymore blankets 😒 it took them almost 2hrs to bring extra sheet and pillows. We've stayed at the Embassy many times and this probably was our last time. I couldn’t understand why a blanket wasn't in the bag for the sofa bed.
