Walked in and met a wonderful member of the staff named Rashonda. She was a wealth of knowledge and extremely helpful. The room was ok, the refrigerator didn't get cold and there was no body wash available. We went to the front desk and encountered Holly. Her attitude was awful and she wasn't helpful at all. We asked about getting body wash and she half way looked and said we don't have any. We asked for a late check out and she just talked loud and said noon. We only wanted an additional hour but it worked out anyway. Great location and Rashonda was absolutely wonderful.

The hotel in general was okay for what it was. Our room, however, was very loud. We stayed two nights and were put in room 120, which was next to the equipment room and across the hall from the laundry service. We heard what we assumed was the elevator equipment running all through the night. Starting early in the morning, the hotel staff went in and out of the laundry constantly letting the oversized laundry door slam each time. We asked to move rooms, but they said they were fully booked.

Everything was great but did not realized I’d be charged $15 per day to park at the hotel I paid to stay at. If you don’t want to pay parking I guess you need to ride a bike here.
