The customer service was awesome, the hotel is very nice, from the rooms to the decor of the lobby. Its located in a great place. Everything is 10 to 18 minutes away. The Marta is bear by, only need to walk about 3 to 5 minutes. It is recommended to pay for parking by the day which is 21$ a day and you can go in and out. Different restaurants are near by and in walking distance.

The GT Hotel is a great place to stay. It is centrally located in the city and provides easy access to all of the expressways. Parking was free & easy in the attached garage, and can be validated by the front desk. The hotel is extremely clean, the staff is very friendly, and the area is quiet and safe. I highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay here again when coming to the Atlanta area.

We had an amazing stay. The staff is friendly and super helpful. The rooms were clean and comfy! Perfectly located downtown. The parking attendant was a little rude and curt when we asked for help with hotel parking, but they aren't affiliated with the hotel. Front desk was very nice about clearing up the confusion! We will definitely be back when we are in Atlanta
