This property needs a lot of help. The elevators did not operate properly and were still in operation even with " temporarily out of service" signs, the washer/dryer died mid cycle and the hotel had to finish washing our clothes for us, hot water for your shower is hit or miss and housekeeping barely came. At one point I had to leave them notes to ask them to replace toilet paper or shampoo. It was hard to get additional blankets or towels for our party. The maintenance guy was a big help but other than that most of the staff was just there for a paycheck. The breakfast wasnt appealing and there's not much near by to run and get food at. Definitely wouldn't recommend this property.

I loved the staff! From Caja to Malaka, to the breakfast staff who were extremely helpful and kind. The staff made this stay amazing. The bed, however, was another story. It was horrible. I had trouble getting to sleep and when I finally did get to sleep, it was a painful rising because of the mattress.

The cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff were great, but overall, the facilities felt very outdated. Using the elevator was almost scary, as it didn’t feel safe. The room was also very damp and humid, which made it feel uncomfortably musty.

Average property. I reserved three rooms! Room 313 smelled like sewage, room 306 toilet was slow flushing and on Saturday asked for clean towels and was promised they'd be hanging on my door when I returned. However, three hours later still no towels. I asked a housekeeper in the hallway, she said someone was bringing thrm up. An hour later, still no towels., went to front desk abd was told towels were comin. We received the towels an hour and a half later. We waited a total of 4 hours for towels. However, once we received them the hotel had NO hot water and we were told there would not be any until Monday, our reservation was from Friday to

The room was nice and breakfast was good. We did have one incident in wee hours of the morning when people in room next to ours came in being very loud and arguing outside our door. They woke us and it went on for quite sometime.

Clean location convenient to Stone Mountain with good service, pets allowed at a reasonable fee. Breakfast includes two hot items, waffle batter and toppings, hot and cold cereals, breads and muffins, fruit bowl, juices, hot chocolate, coffee with flavoring options. Waffle makers, a toaster, and microwave are available. Room cleaning comes every other day. Laundry available, only one washer. Workout room is clean and cool. One elevator didn’t work. We had two rooms and quality is inconsistent. Beds super comfy in room 1; aging and getting springs in room 2. Air conditioner leaked all over the carpet and our items in room 1; worked fine in room 2. Bathroom door fine in room 1; difficult to shove closed in 2. Several of our family are allergic to feather down pillows but we were able to get foam pillows at the front desk.
