Staff were super friendly, our favorite was one of the maintenance men who was just really friendly and cool! At one point the hydro station was broken so they set out bottles of water which was very appreciated. The beds are pretty firm so bring a topper if you’re picky.

The only thing nice about this place was that Rreal tacos was across the street. The room we reserved was given away and we ended up getting a worst one with no compensation. The filters were so dirty i woke up and spit up blood. The staff ignored us til spoken to and when i asked to talk to the manager about the room, 3 separate occasions, they were never available or present. Ive never had this bad of a experience at a hotel and i will never go to this hotel again. Ps. There elevators inspections are also expired.

Toilet didn't flush and no one came to fix. Had to poop in lobby bathroom the whole time. Also parking was dumb. Had to park across the regular lot because there is only like 30 spots in hotel lot. And it was far and you had to go to desk to verify and to make sure that your license plate is uploaded
