The property is nice, service is exceptional. The only thing is the room I had was stuffy - kinda had a slight smell - like it had been closed up for a while, but otherwise it was CLEAN. I loved the microwave and mini fridge plus all the staff was amazing!

On the Move in ATL.

The proximity of this hotel is very close to the airport. Staff was extremely friendly. Prompt check-in really was a benefit for a late evening arrival and having to return back to the airport the next morning. Shuttle is frequent traveling twice every hour.

I am writing to express my significant frustration and disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your Hilton Garden Inn & Suites location on Sullivan Road. After a long day of traveling, I was exhausted and booked a last-minute room, expecting the reliable service that Hilton is known for. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arriving at my assigned room, I discovered it had an adjoining door to another room. As a single female traveler, this made me extremely uncomfortable from a safety and privacy standpoint. I immediately returned to the front desk to request a different room, and while the staff was accommodating, they assigned me to another room that also had an adjoining door. Feeling increasingly frustrated, I had to make a second trip to the front desk to explain the situation again. The staff then provided me with a third room assignment. However, when I attempted to enter this room, the key cards did not work, forcing me to make yet another trip back to the front desk to have them activated. By this point, I had made multiple trips between the front desk and various rooms when all I wanted was to rest after my long day of travel. When I finally accessed the proper room without an adjoining door, I was relieved to finally be able to settle in. However, my challenges continued.
