I would like to see more affordable parking. I needed a pen and small pad for a morning meeting that came up, none available in the room. The room was very nice and lots of room, site is clean, breakfast was nice, I would like to see grits offered. Thank you for such a pleasant stay, I will return.

I would never go back until they have found professional front desk staff, martinis attitude was terrible, she never apologize, never tried to help, other staff members did, but she ultimately went against them helping us. All we asked for was the room we booked for, she didn’t want to clean our correct room or assist with asking the staff to do so.

Overall, we liked our stay at this property. The price is reasonable for the quality of the hotel. The property, especially our room, was clean. The location is close to everything downtown, although we found limited dining options. The included breakfast was great for the value. My main issue was with the staff. It took them forever to manage all the guests in line, mostly because they took personal phone calls while checking guests in. Also, the price of valet is ridiculous. The directions for valet were unclear and it took a while for them to bring us our car. I recommend parking in one of the many nearby parking garages for much cheaper.

Not what expected.

Website offers on site parking and there isn’t any. So plan to pay almost $30 for parking each day. There were hairs left in the bathtub and the shower made an awful sound when the water was turned on. Random brown stains on multiple walls and on the couch. The tv mount was so lose we were scared to touch it. They also charge an extra $100 on top of the regular rate as some sort of deposit. Said depending on the bank it could take 7-10 days to see the funds back in my account. Location was convenient due to doing a local race.

WORSE HOTEL EVER

There was a party till midnight that the hotel knew about, but we were not informed. There were people allowed to bring in tree branches through the lobby. No parking available. Room looked nothing like the pictures online.
