Front desk staff were rude . Both the morning and evening shift . Therefore I guess it’s a pattern . People just don’t wake and say I will be rude today . Therefore I will not take it personal. Their energy was off and a bit weird . I was totally taken back by the behavior of morning shift attendant . She actually stated to me to don’t look at a box with what I thought was Hotel or event advertisement on the counter . I was so stun by her comment. I tried to make light of the situation by saying would you like for me to turn around so I can’t see anything on the counter . That was the strangest interaction I have ever had at any Hotel in my entire life . I travel a lot being in the Music industry . After going in my room settled in a left so quickly I forgot the room number . Instead of walking up to doors trying to use my key card I decided to go down stars and ask the evening attended to scan my card for my room number . Her attitude was unwelcoming. No smile . No sure I can help . She took my card and said I don’t know how to do that . Then sarcastically ask me if I was staying there . Wow ! She then went to her computer and ask my name . After telling me my room number I smile and said of it’s registered now pointing to my head . She did not smile or acknowledge me . She just walk away with this low vibration look on her face . When I explain to my associates what happen they said never book a hotel in Roswell Ga .
