Clean room my favorite thing about this place is the staff, from the valet to the hotel staff everyone was amazing! Thank you to very valet Stanley was amazing I didn’t get the other guy name who works afternoons but he was amazing as well. The desk staff both the gentlemen and the young lady was nothing short of amazing! It was my birthday I had an Airbnb nightmare and came here and they truly made up for the day I was having. Thank you keep everything the same change nothing this hotel was amazing. Perfect location close to everything.

The rooms are always clean and well furnished/designed, the staff is always friendly and we love stopping for coffee on our way out. Valet was a leeeettle slow but it was a holiday weekend so we appreciate their effort. Looking forward to another stay next year.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Great location with plenty of restaurants to enjoy nearby. The food and beverages were great in the lobby bar. Only complaint was the staff were noticeably understaffed. However the staff was very friendly and nice area to wait.

The staff at Hotel Granada are FABULOUS! I arrived early, and while a room was not available, Zach was very helpful and placed my bags in bag hold, allowing me to head out for scheduled engagements. When I returned, Fred ensured a swift check in and retrieval of bags. The property is fantastic - clean and well-maintained. So glad to be here!
