The hotel was adequate for a few be night stay. Very big room although not a fan of half the bathroom (basin) being in the bedroom. The curtain didn’t pull over completely so we reported that on check out. It’s was ok but not sure I would book it if staying longer as it seems the more economy end of the Hyatt chain particularly after leaving one in Nashville that was much better

It was ok. The area has a lot of homeless people. Parking was horrible. Housekeeping didn't do anything the 3 days we were there. Other than that it was literally ok. Was in town for a concert. Would choose a different hotel next time.

room was clean and nice! staff while staying was very kind, as were the cleaning staff, but the receptionist after my stay was rather rude and cursed at me over the phone while i was asking questions about the incidental fee and why it hadn’t cleared. security was nice and the hotel was quiet. would be a 5 star if i hadn’t dealt with the rude receptionist.
