They never cleaned our room the entire time we were there. We were there for four days and I requested a room to be cleaned, but they always came late in the evening when we are back in the room. But they never cleaned the entire daytime hours we were gone. The breakfast was not as good as other Hyatt places we’ve stayed in the staff was accommodating, but was passive in their help.

The hotel is in need of serious updating. All bar chairs at counter have holes from wear. Walking towards elevator the floor slipped. Sloppy patch work to drywall in room. Bathroom tiles had black lines of mold. The most agregious thing was front desk staff need to be trained. We were told breakfast ended at 9:30 am on Friday. I arrived at 9:10 am and hotel was cleaning up breakfast. I am as then told breakfast ended at 9:00 am. I was not offered anything to eat until I told the front desk person I was calling corporate and then offered food but was never given anything to eat. Instead of arguing about food we went to get me something to eat as I am a diabetic. Save your stress level. Stay somewhere else.
