Our stay at Hyatt Regency was excellent. Check in was seamless and easy. There were great dining options right in the hotel and available at surrounding locations which were accessible by footbridge, so we didn’t need to brave the rain! We requested a cot since my child needed some space, and they brought it right up. Room service was timely and delicious. The room was clean and the daily touch ups from housekeeping were excellent.

Our room was OK and clean, but my daughter’s room had bedbugs so would definitely not return to this hotel. There were a convention there and reunion at the hotel so it was busy getting in and out was a nightmare trying to eat breakfast dinner just a very crowded busy hotel no help with luggage just barely mediocre.
