The room #226 was infested with roaches. They were big and small. Many on the walls and curtains. They came out of the A/C. Also in the bed. My daughter asked for another room. The front desk agent refused and said she stayed in the room too long beforehand. My daughter and grandson was in the room for a minute. I took them to Kroger and when we came back to the room, roaches were everywhere. The front desk clerk gave her a can of Raid to spray the roaches. I went to the woman and demanded she switched rooms. She switched to room 116. I let her know 116 seemed good. A few minutes later after my daughter and grandson started eating, the roaches wanted to join them. The hotel refused a refund. I had gone out of town and my daughter had to stay in those conditions. She switched to a different room her last stay. That room didn't have roaches. This was a terrible and disgusting experience for them. I forgot to mention the refrigerator and tv was broken. Someone put their fist in the tv.

Their customer service is horrible. The main lady that they have in the daytime checking ppl in has a horrible attitude and is very disrespectful to the customers. They also nickel and dime you for everything at the hotel. They don’t tell you that you have to pay extra for a microwave and fridge if you’re separately from the room! If you check out 30 mins late it’s 15 to 30 , and if an hr late 60 dollars. They are about getting all the money they can. Both rooms I was in had either a mat problem or a roach problem. Instead of nickel and dimming customers they need to make sure they have those rooms treated with bug spray! They treat the ppl bad because they know most of the ppl there need a place to stay and have no other options!

Not worth it!

They nickel and dime you for every little thing. You have to pay extra fees to have a microwave and a small fridge in your room for every night you stay at the hotel. They don’t give you any extra anything without you turning in something. Exactly 2 towels and no extra. The bar of soap they give you only last thru one shower and it’s the cheapest piece of soap you can buy! The beds are fine and the air conditioning works well. But the hotel is not worth almost a $100 dollars a night, it’s ridiculous what they charge for a 2 star motel. If you are in a dire situation like I was then I understand checking in the motel. I can say it’s all kind of ppl there and not many incidents I’ve seen there so you are safe there.

There are friendly, pet-friendly but they need to keep eye on the cockroach’s it’s coming out when the lights are off.
