I love the room that I have been given on the top floor nice and quiet. I slept great after a busy travel weekend. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

It all started out with the Caribbean lady, at the front desk. She is very rude and has no customer service experience! She should not be welcoming anyone to the hotel. Secondly, my room had used cups from the previous occupants, and they were on the night table. The shower had hair all over it and the tiles on the shower floor were moldy. I stayed in room 117 and you can hear all the planes take off from that area. So, if you’re a light sleeper or the sound of airplanes irritates you; this wouldn’t be a good stay. Also, I requested extra towels from the front desk and they never arrived. I called the front desk and immediately they would keep putting the calls on hold. I found a housekeeper, but I had to pay her $5 to get me extra towels because she told me she only had enough supplies for the rooms on her schedule. I only chose this hotel because the Renaissance was sold out. I’d only choose this hotel as a last resort. The only thing good was the shuttle service.

The floor in the room was disgusting. My feet were sticky after just a few minutes. Decided I was better off leaving my shoes on. They try to be 4 stars with their santal smell that they have throughout the hotel but they definitely need to clean better. There was a red stain on the carpet in our room. Not sure if it was someone’s drink, someone died there or what.

Less than standard stay

First off, we had to pay to park our vehicle at the property. Next, my daughter saw a bug crawling up the bathroom mirror that we killed. Then the bathroom wasn’t clean. We left to go to our engagement only to come back and find out 5 cars had been broken into. I couldn’t sleep after that. Stayed up all night checking my car app to make sure my vehicle was broken into. I was so tired the next morning only to learn I had to pay $2.00 for a cup of coffee. Will not stay here again!!

Whatever cleaning product they use was so strong that I had to cover my nose and mouth in order to fall asleep. Thin walls so I could hear people on both sides of me in their rooms
