We wanted to be close to Emory University for the weekend. The property is in a cute, safe, and quiet neighborhood, situated a few minutes from campus. The communication was excellent and the check-in process was easy. We would definitely stay here again!
Neighborhood is great and quiet. Check in and out where super easy. House has a very musty smell which is likely due in large part to its age but itâs definitely noticeable. Beds were comfortable but living room furniture is definitely worn and a little dirty. Price was great for the location so we were still happy.
The duplex was in a great location and worked well for our girls trip. The only complaint I have is the musty smell in the house.as it was strong in certain areas.
The check-in process had a few glitches due to the smart hub not connected for us to use our door lock code. But after a few calls it was resolved.
We needed a place to stay for an indeterminate time, as one of our trip companions needed emergency heart surgery. The house was minutes from the Emory hospital was in a safe area, and allowed pets.
I'd say the only downside was the "three bedroom" billing. The third room hardly qualified, as there was really no bed. We bought a low-up mattress.
We also greatly appreciated the owner's willingness tp let us extend several times, as we had no real idea as to how long the hospital stay would be.
