The young lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The TV in our room did not work and she quickly moved us to another room. But I must add that when I arrived, because I had such a bad experience at another hotel she upgraded me to a presidential suite to make my stay even better with them. Because of that, I will definitely stay there again because of her generosity and the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel.

Front desk and restaurant staff were all exceptional. Charged us parking for only one vehicle we had 2. Also, allowed us to use garage past checkout for one vehicle., as we are 2 girls shopping!! Let us check in early. The perks were unexpected. Much appreciated. Room was very clean. X-Large tv screen. Another review had mentioned small screen. Beds were comfy a little soft for me but I prefer a firm mattress. We will be back!! Very satisfied!!!

Customer service was exceptional!! The location was great but parking is $12 going and coming which is ridiculous. Unfortunately room cleanliness was not good. Housekeeping doesn’t properly between guests. There was hair all over my room and in the bathroom then after being switched to a different room there was used condoms and other trash still left in the room. Absolutely disgusting. The beds were comfortable but I won’t be back .

The staff was rude which is the front desk person. The housekeeper didn’t bring me no towels till three hours later. I stayed four days but left on third day. I refuse to stay to continue to use the same towels.
