It's ranned like a Members only club. Suspicious behavior coming from a young house keeper. Upper management is cool per usual..... Overall, same issues different property and I have higher expectations for so much potential. NASTY CARPET WITH FECES AND URINE..... DEFINITELY SUSPECT.... WISH BETTER FOR THE ENTIRE PROPERTY AND IT'S RESIDENTS. NEED TO CLEAN THE CARPETS. Just okay for me⭐⭐⭐

The property is clean and beds were comfortable. The lady at the front desk was unfriendly and not welcoming. We arrived at noon, 3 hours prior to check in, and she rudely said you have to wait. We sat in the lobby for 2 hours, and we told her we would be there waiting. We noticed people checking in and getting their room keys so my husband went back to ask if we could check in. She said we would have to pay $25 for checking in 1 hour before. It would have been nice if she had kindly explained when we arrived that this was an option and as soon as a room was available she would let us know. She seemed annoyed and working in hospitality is not a job she should be doing It was rediculous to charge $25 for checking in 1 hour early but we had been traveling all night and were exhausted so we paid for it.

I did not know this was an extended stay hotel. I felt like I was back on the block ( I grew up in the hood). The noise in the hallways did not stop until after midnight. Dogs barking, music from the cars in the parking lot. Felt like I was in the housing projects. One morning while leaving there were several ladies scantily dressed walking checking in accompanied by a man with a very professional video camera. Hmmmmm. There was a guy spray painting his car in the parking. We had to change rooms after an uncomfortable night- the AC did not work. The second room was clean and comfortable. You can get contact high from the smell of weed throughout the hotel. I do not recommend this place.

The hotel was very dirty, smelled like weed, like cigarettes and everywhere i looked there was mold , spiderwebs and dirt. There were a lot of ants in one of the beds.
