Crackheads next to me

This room was very, very clean. The downstairs toilet did not work well but that wasn’t much of an issue because we just stayed the night. Now for the bad… extended stays always have a few residents that are staying for multiple weeks and we had a family of crackheads next to us. At 2am they decided to get in an argument right outside our room and yell at each other for 20 minutes across the parking lot waking up my entire family. At about 4 am they decided to do it again waking up my entire family again. I know this doesn’t happen every time but just know you may be in a room next to a bunch of homeless crackheads staying here that want to fight at 2am

Property needs to insure the condition of the room before giving out keys. I arrived at 3am for check in, the 1st room was to close to the stairway making it difficult to get to the door and it was rolled carpet outside of the door, because I was so tired I tried to enter anyways but the door would not open. The 2nd room the door was left open and all drawers were pulled out as if someone was looking for something. The clerk checked 2 additional rooms before giving me the key to the 3rd room.
