Perfect in every way! Landie is the most responsive VRBO host I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with over the years. Any question I asked, she answered in record time. The photos are 100% accurate, the location is amazing, you can see AND hear the ocean. The bed was very comfortable but the ocean waves rolling made it a perfect sleeping situation. The fridge is new and huge, the kitchen had everything we needed for the week. The whole place was sparkling clean. The elevator to the 3rd floor was convenient and there were luggage carts available upon arrival. The tennis and pickleball courts are well maintained and in a peaceful location across the street next to the other buildings in the complex and there are restrooms available to use while there. The condo is only 10-20 minutes from many great things like Fort Macon for shelling, Beaufort for boat tours or ferry rides to Shackleford Banks, and the aquarium in Pine Knoll. Plenty of restaurants and stores in every direction. Would definitely stay again!

Landie is a skilled host. We had a problem with the refrigerator when we arrived, and *before 24 hours passed,* she had 1) delivered a large cooler, a huge bag of ice, and a bottle of wine(!!) to our door so we could keep everything cold and 2) HAD THE WHOLE REFRIGERATOR REPLACED. Before 24 hours passed! I have never had such attentive or prompt or priority-feeling care as I got from Landie, and at the end of the day, it's basically a big bonus how cute the condo is, and what a lovely set of views it has, and how comfortable the beds are. We loved the condo and we _really_ loved Landie. Five massive stars.

CLEAN. Gorgeous views from balcony in the unit, and from the shared balcony. Manager Landie was friendly and super efficient (thank you Landie!). Even the twin beds in the second bedroom were comfortable (I slept on one). Definitely would stay here again.

Landie was the best host I think I have ever had. Not only was she prompt in all communications, she just had a great attitude. We felt right at home at the property. The proximity to the beach and was great. The beds were comfortable. The beach was nice and and clean and even in the Labor Day weekend because of the gated access to the beach it wasn’t crowded.the view is awesome and the screened porch is a definite bonus.

We had a great stay at Island Time. The ocean views are spectacular. The sunrise and sunset views from the front are amazing. Hurricane Erin passing by made a wonderful show of the oceans powers. Once she passed swimming, the ocean was rejuvenating. The pool at the base of the building was clean, quiet and relaxing.Taking long walks on the beach and falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night recharged me and made me ready to face life's challenges with a new outlook.The check-in process was straightforward. The host provided all the information we needed and asnwered a few questions we had prior to and at arrival in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful Condo with Stunning Views!

The location was perfect, right on the beach with easy beach access! The condo had stunning ocean views. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We were upset to find out that the shower/tub combo was only a shower (with 3 young kids that was a little difficult but in no way ruined our trip!) The building's amenities, including the elevator, pool and direct beach access were amazing! Close to restaurants and shops!

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and convenient to the ocean getaway!The view is wonderful and we enjoyed getting our morning, coffee and tea and sitting up there on the screened in porch to listen to and watch the waves!Convenient access to the beach and pool with many more amenities that we didn’t have time to get to!

very happy with this stay. Everything was as stated in listing. Condo was very clean and well maintained. We did have a problem with the refrigerator being too cold, but I think I got it adj. before we left on Sat. No problems with check in or check out. Wonderful Condo

My mother and I loved this condo! Decorated so nicely and comfortably, very clean and well-equipped. My mom has some physical limitations and the condo and location were very accessible as well. The view from the balcony was perfect and she could still enjoy the ocean even when she didn’t feel like walking down. Landie was so helpful and communication was wonderful. We loved being so close to the beautiful beach!
