The house was gorgeous and very spacious. Very nicely furnished and decorated. Having the pool/hot tub in the backyard with the privacy of the fenced in yard was wonderful. Super close, easy walk to a very nice beach. Local restaurants were nice with good food and located close to the home. The rental property host/staff, Marissa and Vanessa were fantastic! They were very helpful, friendly and could answer questions some of my guests had prior to traveling so we could come pack and only bring what was necessary. The house has so much there that you really don’t need to bring along much. We can’t wait to come back!!

This house is fantastic! Plenty of space for our family of 10 people, along with some extra guests. The common areas are plentiful and large. So many great amenities -- we especially loved the video games! The kitchen is very well stocked and we cooked dinner most nights. Loved that the place has a very large refrigerator in the kitchen and a second refrigerator on the first floor. This is one of the few properties in Brigantine that allows pets, which made this an extra special vacation for our dog! The host responded quickly to our questions and we will absolutely be booking from this owner again!

My family and friends had a great long weekend getaway! The house was an incredibly comfortable space for a large number of guests and was immaculate. Access to the pool/spa, local restaurants and beach was a breeze. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again!

2024 Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachside villa. We had 8 adults and 5 children and fit comfortably in this generously sized house. The bedrooms were spacious and there were plenty of bathrooms to accommodate multiple families. The walk to the beach was quick and the house is centrally located around various restaurants, shops and ice cream We would definitely rent again!

Great week in Brigantine!

Fantastic house in fantastic location! Everything as shown on the pics! Lots of room for the kiddies to spread out. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub when not on the beach. And a working elevator! What more could you ask for? Property manager professional and super responsive! Would stay again for sure!

We cannot say enough about our vacation spent at this home! From our first impressions of the landscaping to the cleanliness of the house to the personal touches throughout.. it is amazing. Let’s not forget that it is located minutes from the beach. And our Host Marissa could not be more accommodating and quick to respond to any questions that we may have had. We are all still talking about how much we enjoyed staying here and are looking forward to doing it again!

Great Christmas Vacation

Weekend Getaway

House was perfect for our large group of 13 adults with plenty of space for everyone. They have a bar room on the first level with double sliding glass doors to the pool and hot tub area which was my group’s favorite space to hangout. Awesome host and property!

Fantastic home away from home

This was the perfect home for a family beach vacation! The house was clean, well appointed, and had all of the amenities we could ask for. Plus you could not ask for a better location - just a block from the beach and an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and parks. Communication with the hosts was great leading up to and throughout our stay. They were incredibly responsive and detailed.
