Our seven grandchildren were thrilled when they walked into this beautiful home! They gathered around the pool and relaxed in the hot tub. They loved that the ocean was so near and they spent hours there every day! The adults loved the beautiful kitchen and the spacious showers and the comfortable beds! We have been staying in homes at the beach for 25 years, and this was definitely one of the best!

We had an incredible stay at this Brigatine Costal Villa house. The house was absolutely amazing—huge, clean, and perfect for our family gathering. Everything felt fresh and new, and the living room and kitchen were super spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed. It really felt like a home away from home.The location couldn’t have been better. There were tons of great restaurants within walking distance, and the beach was just steps away—such a treat! Marissa was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She quickly answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable.We’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!

Great Family Reunion Stay

We stayed May 2024. The house is basically brand new and a gorgeous build. It’s not beachfront, and doesn’t offer much in terms of views, but its price friendly accordingly and it’s easy proximity to a couple convenient spots in town came in handy (particularly the British deli that did some great egg sandos). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property in the future. Melissa the owner- was very professional and a good communicator. We had some trouble with the hot tub, so be sure to sort out the how to with the owner ahead of arrival- it’s not particularly intuitive. Great stay.

Perfect Brig Beach House

Was the perfect house for a multi-gen family trip to Brig for the holidays. The house was spacious so everyone was able to have their own space as needed during the week. House was super clean and modern and had everything we needed to cook and grill. Marissa was super responsive and helpful as needed.Would highly recommend.

Exactly as described in listing. Kitchen, dining, and sitting area worked for 4 families with small children. Plenty of room. Pool & hot tub were great for family. Property in perfect location, short walking distance to beach, shops, and food. Brigantine very nice beach town.

Great Time at the NJ Shore

The house was really wondeful!! Clean. All new and beds were very comfortable, all around. Modern bathrooms. Elevator worked well and was very helpful in getting our stuff upstairs to the kitchen and when packing and departing. Pool is clean, a little small, but ample for our stay. The Spa, though, was excellent! Very nice, and connected to the pool. The TV's ,couches and pillows are all nice. Sheets were on the bed, a nicity! There were ample amount of plush towels for all of us. Beach chairs and a wagon to move stuff were in the garage, all in good shape. Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay.:).

Excellent beach house

This house is fantastic! Six bedrooms and four bathrooms, all really nice. Spacious common area with modern kitchen, big island, wonderful long dining table that sits 12, comfortable living area - all open to each other. Kids of all ages loved game room with fussball and Pac-Man. Very nice pool. Entire house in excellent condition and very well set up for family fun. A block from the beach. Walk to restaurants. Helpful host. Very easy to enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay in this home September 2023. The amenities were great. The best beds of any rental I have stayed in. It is a great perk to have linens included. The pool and hot tub were great. Location is so convenient to shops and restaurants. The owners were attentive. Overall A+

Beautiful property

New home - exceptionally clean with fresh linens, towels, beach towels etc. Steps from restaurants and the beach. Very responsive owner who quickly addressed a couple of very minor issues. I would highly recommend.

Elevator problems

The elevator broke down twice. We had an individual with Parkinson’s who had to walk up three stories the first day the second time we waited for hours for a repair person and decided not to even try to go down to the pool. We were all wary of taking the elevator after these experiences. It was finally fixed Friday the day before we left. We were accused of damage to a shower wall which had water damage due to improper shower door installation.Mold had already grown on the wall, which of course didn’t happen during our one week stay! It was unfortunate but these things were enough to leave us with bad memories of our week in Brigantine.

Great Vacation!

This house was true to it's description and pictures. The common area was spacious and the kitchen well stocked with dishes, etc. Communication with the owners was easy and quick over the few questions we had during our 10 day stay. The elevator was invaluable! Don't ever rent a house where the kitchen is on the third floor without one. We had also never been to Brigantine and very much liked it's simplicity. We would definitely return to this property.

Our family had a great time for our stay. The house was very clean and well stocked. We had enough space for everyone to eat meals and watch movies together- not always the case at rentals. We had some pool/hot tub heating issues that I contacted the property owner about and she responded in a timely fashion to help us resolve. We would stay again!
