Wasn’t a very good stay at all, my room had no phone and no toilet paper. Had to go downstairs to the front desk at 1am to get toilet paper. The AC wasn’t working ! Also be aware parking lot for hotel has no elevator so if you park on the 4-5 floor you’re going to have to walk up the flight of stairs. The only good thing I can say is the view from my room was beautiful.

The hotel is affordable and located in the heart of boardwalk. The rooms are nice, but the mattresses are old and hard. They need too upgrade bedding.

I would stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, which was after the time they told us, but we just drove around & came back an hour later & it was ready. The room was clean. The view was amazing. This hotel is right on the boardwalk. Our room was ocean front which was gorgeous. I think you have to pay extra for someone to come in & make your bed, take out trash & leave clean towels, so we just had to go down & ask for all that. The only thing I really didn't like about this hotel was that you don't get a cart to load & unload your luggage. You'd have to pay for a bellhop. Luckily all of our luggage is on wheels & they have a close by parking lot. Don't park in the garage. No elevator. Overall good hotel.

Showed up at 4 pm for check in, room not ready. 5pm room still not ready. Told unsure when it would be ready. Manager at desk not concerned, said you can check out at 12 (1 hour late) big deal. Wasn’t going to sit around another hour or more waiting. Canceled and left. Surrounding area completely trash. Hotel ok, but nothing else. Shady people hanging out in parking structure. Bad experience all the way around. Will never book here again.

I had a bad terrible experience there. I paid for four nights and I had a knock on the door of my suite around 11 am when I was trying to take a nap after my first night. I opened the door and the lady asked me if I was checking out and I told her I booked for four nights and she apologized and left. Just as I tried sleeping, the phone rang and when I answered, the woman started interrogating me like I was a criminal. She told me it’s not my room and I wasn’t supposed to be in that room. She said it belonged to someone else and she wasn’t really having what I was telling her. She called again and said she was gonna have security come verify my ID. I went down to the front desk to have that sorted out and she was rude. She spoke to me like a criminal and wasn’t interested in listening to me. I showed her evidence of my reservation and payment receipt and upon that, she wasn’t fazed with that evidence. She still made it look like I did something wrong and she told me she wasn’t gonna let me back into my room again until she figures out where the problem was. They made administrative error and had booked same room for two different people and even when she realized it was a problem from their end, she had no decency to apologize to me and still tried talking rudely to me and I wasn’t gonna have that. I spoke with the manager and she resolved it and apologized. They never cleaned my room and once I requested for body wash and they never provided it. I was disappointed.

Where to begin. It was probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Firstly- it was advertised to have a regular-ish size fridge. We had a MINI fridge that was barely cold. Thankfully we had a large cooler we kept all our food in. Secondly- there is NO room service. I’m not sure if it was advertised that way, but it was crazy. Staying at a beach hotel for a week without having the room cleaned AT ALL, and having no ability to clean it yourself was awful. Luckily, my husband looked around in the hall and found a maintenance closet that was SOMETIMES unlocked and could get a broom to use. Thirdly- you had to sell your first born child to get a bath towel! I’m not sure what the protocol is, but my husband went to like 10 different floors in hopes that one of the closets was unlocked in the hallway to get towels/washcloths. My husband also found the laundry shoot in order to get rid of all our used towels. WILD! Fourthly- the room was filthy. The bedding appeared clean, but everything else was disgusting. I made my family wear shoes AT ALL TIMES. There was also a terrible air freshener type smell that was sickening. PROS- ice machine was great. Produced plenty of ice for our cooler. Bell Hop was very helpful when we arrived and checked out. Overall, I would never stay here again. Housekeeping is a must, and this establishment did not provide basic needs.
