Daniels Fam Squad Vacation

This was our second year in this house and we love it. The location is excellent, the house was spotless when we arrived, the owner is very responsive. The bedrooms are extremely nice and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, the air conditioner cranks and the neighborhood is quiet and so close to the beach. This house checks all the boxes. We hope to rent again next year.

Annual Friends Trip

This property is an easy walk to the beach! From the balconies you can see the ocean. The owners were generous in supplying the essentials for our stay. They are very communicative and correct any concerns right away. Even a broken beach chair was replaced the next day! Highly recommend.

Amazing Brigantine Property!!

This is a beautiful property, mere feet from the beach on the island of Brigantine. Everything about this home is exceptional!!!! It boasts three amazing bedrooms – two on the first level and an unbelievable master bedroom up on the third floor. The master bedroom is arguably the best bedroom I’ve even stayed in. Adjacent to the master bedroom is an oversized bathroom that is nearly as large as the master bedroom itself. The kitchen and living room area (on the second level) are incredibly spacious and surpassed my expectations! The communication with the owners was top-notch. Their kindness and generosity helped make this visit to Brigantine exceptional!!! Thanks so much, Amy and Jim, for letting us stay at your beautiful beach home. All of the nice little touches were noticed and truly appreciated.

Amazing Stay & Location

Look no further then this! Amazing host and location. Easy check in and everything is updated and new! Decks are a great ending spot for a day in AC or the beach and the backyard Weber grills worked fantastic. We will be back again for sure!

We stayed in this lovely property for a girls weekend trip. The property was immaculately clean - you could literally eat off the floor. It is 3 levels with bedrooms on top and bottom floors, and then an amazing space on second floor with a well stocked kitchen, large dining table and cozy tv/game area. The primary bedroom suite was luxurious- large comfy bed, large bathroom with soaking tub, walk in closets, balcony. You can hear the ocean from the balconies on 2nd and 3rd floors! The hosts thought of everything - beach chairs, nice linens in beds, nice towels, well stocked kitchen with spices, fresh sponge, coffee station. Great communication with the hosts as well - quick responses. This is a nice quiet part of town - easily walkable to pirates den restaurant. Also the beach at this end of brigantine is really nice and easy to access. Highly recommend!

Jim and Amy’s home is the place to stay in Brigantine Beach. My wife and I, our infant, and my parents loved our stay at their home. Three floors were perfect for a family to each have their own space. Owners were very responsive. The home is walking distance to a great part of the beach.

Quick break in Brig

We booked a last minute get away in Brigantine and lucked out with this wonderful rental. Everything my family needed was provided: beach toys, linens, coffee, cleaning supplies. It’s a quick walk to the beach in a very quiet residential area.

Lovely beach house

We really enjoyed our visit! The house was just as it appeared in the photos, and was very well-appointed, making it a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay. It was a very short walk to the beach, which is visible from the balcony. The neighborhood was also nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing.

Family Getaway

Another wonderful stay!

Our 2nd year at this property and it was wonderful again. The house is clean, young child safe, numerous amenities and just a short walk to the beach. Fantastic Beach Stay

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay. The property is perfectly located a block away from the beach and a few walkable blocks from the Pirates Den restaurant. The house is one of the most well-equipped accommodations I have ever stayed in - the hosts have thought of everything. You can really see the thought and care that went into decorating, renovating and equipping the home. It is bright, clean and perfect for a beach getaway.
