I was very disappointed we got charged a $75 fee when we were told our room was ready many hours prior to check in the pool was closed for a private event and our room was filthy. We found an earring bottle cap and dead flowers in our room so apparently it hasn’t been clean properly. The only good thing was the spa massages were great and the steakhouse and raw bar was amazing and the service was amazing but the hotel room was terrible.

Well arriving was fine, I paid for late checkout however came back to room well before 1 pm only to have been locked out, then when we left we saw that valet parking had done some damage to car, paid 15.00$ for valet to have damage ? Had to file report call police all in all it was a horrible stay.and your check in girl was not the nicest.nicestnicestiether.den
