Our stay was great. Our host was incredibly responsive. We didn't realize our room was at the Showboat until we got there, so I wish we had been given that information. The resort is filled with children, which I wasn't totally pleased with because I wanted a retreat with no kids around. However, the room itself was really nice and modern. The hotel was an easy walk to Oceans Casino and resort and the free parking allowed us to easily take other trips. That being said, be careful if you have a large truck. We have a Bronco and it barely fit into the garage. That being said, I would stay there again.

First and Foremost lets start by saying Sleep 4 Stylish Boardwalk CozySuites Studio should promote or announce they only own certain rooms in the Showboat hotel and they are completely separated. My 2 sisters and I checked in on Fri (3/28/25) @ 7/7:30pm and it was terrible. This weekend was supposed to be a nice sisters weekend. The customer service was horrible. From entering the room w/ one bed, we knew we needed to switch a room. There was no one in person or on the phone to help with in person/on property issues. The room we checked into was not cleaned. The room smelled funny (stink). There was a water bottle and crumbs on the floor under the tv stand. The refrigerator had a fishy odor. The appliances (pots, stove, fridge) were dirty. The bed sheet had old marks on it that was seen @ the front bottom of the bed. Again with no one able to assist, trying to get another room was a totally headache. No one from "Cozy Suites" were ever able to be reached (left messages & messages). It's now after 11pm & still can not get assistance. No solution was offered. But knowing we was going to stay uncomfortable we checked out! This stay was a big mistake and caused us to make new, more expensive reservations. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Clean room, dirty hotel

This was a terrible booking. Took an hour and twenty minutes to check in because you have to check in through hotel even though we booked through VRBO. Fights actually broke out in line. The room was the farthest from the beach possible a twelve minute walk through a noisy crowded hotel and you had to go up in dirty elevators and the rugs in the hall were filthy. The room was very clean our honestly we would have left immediately. I feel like the ad was misleading because it is just a hotel Room that they added a small kitchen to. No patio as listed since we were on there 12th floor with the view of a roof. The smell of pot permeated the whole hotel. This was not a beachfront room and the hotel and area were not great at all. Again, the room was small but very clean.

I was extremely impressed with the communication I received from the time of booking to the time of check out. Very responsive and professional. The room was exactly as we expected. Clean, comfortable size, etc. I’d definitely refer anyone to book their stay with the hosts of the CozySuites at the Showboat.

Arrived at the hotel, check in was seamless. Self parked the car in a well lit clearly marked parking garage! For free! (Included with this rental) Got up to the room, was very clean. Owner emailed me and said to reach out if we needed anything, the evening of check in. Bathroom was huge and very clean. Cannot wait to rent again when we go see my boyfriends mother in Atlantic City!

The property was excellent everything was as stated It was very nice and clean; the little decorations that the cleaning people left with the tissues and such were an added pleasantry. It was the ideal location on the boardwalk for getting to the best casinos. The whole complex was very pet friendly and much appreciated as we travel with our little pup all the time. In fact the only complaint I have is the actual booking process and check in process was a little confusing but once explained by the host they worked with us and the visit was great. aa
