Poor breakfast options, food continuously left at room temp and re-refrigerated, yogurt appeared to be expired because it was watery (there was no expiration date on it), juice machine out of order, waffle batter was flavorless, no vending machine or snacks for purchase, hotel had a musty smell, very thin walls, banging from upstairs all night, cleaning crew extremely loud, the noise from the interstate was loud even with a sound machine on, key stopped working, and the tv signal was awful.

Came in from Florida for my first Iron Bowl so naturally most things are sold out as well as prices hiked which is to be expected. But I paid over $500 a night to stay in a construction zone. They gave NO warning that we would be on the first floor literally right next to the construction as they remodeled. I woke up to drills and banging so loud every morning and that was not even the worst part! We got stuck with COLD showers which was miserable. Upon checking out we had to walk through tarps that were hung up while they completely demolished all of the rooms and walls around us. There should have at least been some sort of warning.

Hotel was renovating and here fore the floors were bare and when I arrived at my room, the door had been left open with the deadbolt engaged. The woman at the front desk when checking in had zero personality and was relatively unfriendly. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired…. Don’t expect much. Would not stay again!

Hotel is under renovation. Very hard to understand staff. Room was clean and beds were comfortable but there are different odors throughout the hotel from muggy to inscents burning. Breakfast could have been better. Juice machine was out, no variety of hot tea and the one provided was nasty. For the comfort and room being clean only I would stay again for price. Also knowing improvements are being made.

Stay was fine overall. Currently under construction for renovations so the gym was not accessible. Minor issues with the room; mattress was visibly stained, shower doors did not close properly.
