Lannan Beach House - Waterfront Spa Retreat

Set directly across a quiet waterfront road from Huruhi Bay, Lannan Beach House combines uninterrupted water views, wraparound decks, a private spa and generous living spaces for families and groups. The five-bedroom home includes three ensuite bedrooms, a billiards area, library nook, fully fenced level grounds and convenient access to Oneroa Village, nearby beaches and Waiheke wineries.



The Space:

Lannan Beach House is a spacious five-bedroom home positioned directly opposite Huruhi Bay, with only a quiet waterfront road between the property and the water. With no houses in front, wide bay views extend across the main living areas and wraparound decks.



The main living area brings together the lounge, dining space and kitchen. Large sliding doors open onto the decks, connecting the interior with the view and outdoor seating areas. The lounge has comfortable group seating and a wood-burning fire for stays during the cooler months.



The kitchen sits at the center of the shared living space and is arranged for group cooking and dining. A separate library nook provides a quieter area for reading or working, while the dedicated billiards area offers another space for guests to spend time together.



Three of the bedrooms have private ensuites, giving couples and mixed groups greater privacy during their stay.



Outside, the wraparound decks provide several places to sit, dine and enjoy the outlook. A private spa is positioned close to the deck, while the fully fenced, level grounds offer room for children and outdoor games.



The shoreline is immediately across the road, making it easy to step outside for a waterfront walk. Oneroa Village, local beaches, restaurants and several well-known Waiheke wineries are also within easy reach.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the spa, decks, outdoor living spaces, library, billiards area, flat lawns, and onsite parking.

Check-in is from 2:00 pm, and check-out is 10:30 am.

Early arrivals or late departures may be available for an additional fee depending on bookings.



The Neighborhood:

Lannan Beach House is positioned near the Oneroa coastline, with uninterrupted views across the bay and the waterfront immediately across the road.



Oneroa Village is nearby for cafés, restaurants, shops and everyday supplies. Local dining options include Wai Kitchen, Solar Eating House, The Oyster Inn and Fenice.



Mudbrick and Cable Bay vineyards are a short drive from the property, while The Heke provides another relaxed option for group dining and drinks.



The location offers convenient access to the village and surrounding attractions while remaining removed from the busiest central areas.



Getting Around:

The local bus network runs frequently between the ferry, Oneroa, Onetangi, and the major wineries, a fun, easy option if you’re planning a tasting day. Hopping on and off with other holiday-makers is half the charm, and many vineyards sit right on the main bus routes.



Taxis and rideshare services operate across the island, though they can be limited during busy periods. There’s easy parking at the property if you’re bringing a car



Other Things to Note:

Lannan Beach House is a self-catered holiday home. A starter supply of toilet paper, coffee, tea and milk is provided for arrival. Guests will need to purchase any additional supplies required during their stay.



The property has a Nespresso coffee pod machine.



Fans are available at the property, and radiator heating is available in the rooms.



For stays between 1 June and 30 September, a starter supply of firewood is provided for the wood-burning fireplace. Additional firewood can be purchased locally.



Beach towels are provided because the property has a spa.



The home uses rainwater tanks, so thoughtful water use is appreciated throughout the stay.



Minimum stays

Seven nights from mid-December to mid-January

Three nights for the remainder of January and all holiday weekends

Two nights at all other times



Interaction with Guests:

Our Stay Waiheke team is available seven days a week from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with after-hours support for urgent matters. For life-threatening emergencies, guests must call 111 immediately. Once checked in, the home is private and set up for an easy, independent stay.

As a guest of Lannan Beach House - Waterfront & Spa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
