On arrival we were asked to leave our bags outside as the guy had cleaned the floor. This is not welcoming as a guest. Secondly I asked if we could check out a bit later and was told it would cost us $20 an hour. This is unheard of. I was shocked and said no. Lastly we got to our room after it wasn’t explained very well as the person at reception wasn’t English and could not articulate the information. We sat on our beds to find the sheets were damp. It was a very uncomfortable stay. We won’t be going there again.

Our stay was okay but the room where we were in the middle of courtyard had an outside table situated right outside of our window. Being the only table and chairs setting meant there were people smoking and talking until late at night. Otherwise, the place was tidy and close to the airport with a free shuttle service.

We had a great stay at Oakwood Manor Motor Lodge. Staff were lovely and helpful throughout, and the facilities were well-maintained. The shuttle bus service was a convenient bonus. Parking was easy and the location was close to shops.

Possibly the rudest host ive ever encountered. Dropped off staff under the covered lobby due to it being rainy and windy . Reception closed so phoned host who was on an airport run. On his return he parked us in . When asked if he could quickly let me out to return to my hospital duty he said not now he wanted to check his vanload in , my staff member objected and he said now youll have to wait till last , and was as rude as anyone could be . Digusting service . Would never reccomend anyone to stay there. Have written to the owner .
