Hi. Great property with nice staff. I was in standard room which had inadequate desk space for working. So if business traveller best to get a room upgrade. Otherwise super nice experience.
Our room was not available so we were upgraded. Check in was easy and the staff very professional and friendly. Our room was clean and we opted not to have it cleaned on a daily basis. Comfy bed. We used the valet parking and it was ready and waiting for us when we needed it.
We arrived at 6am hopong to be able to leave our bags, but the staff were fantastic and checked us in early with no extra charge. The hotel is lively and looks brand new and our room looked beautiful. However, we had trouble sleeping as the noise from the traffic was pretty intense, may have just been our room (cnr suite) as it was facing the main intersection. We also struggled with how soft the mattress was. Cant fault the staff though.
Staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. They were able to upgrade me and did so without any hassle.
Jennifer and her co-worker (sorry i forgot the name) on the Sunday evening were 2 i asked alot of questions to and they were great.
Great stay. Rooms clean and comfortable. Seems everything closes up quite early in Auckland midweek and we couldn’t get a drink at the bar in the hotel after 10. Room service available and v good.
