The positive points of this hotel are its low price, its ideal location close to the beach and several restaurants, and the cleanliness of the room and its amenities, including the kitchenette. The negative points are that the pool seems to be constantly closed, the rooms are only cleaned every three days, and the overall appearance is dated.

Clean room. Great kitchenette and balcony!!! Beautiful view of the city to see the fireworks for new years!! Only downfall was the pool was not working and had been drained and the bubbles in the hot tub didn’t work. Also, front desk was rarely staffed.

For the price compared to Other apartment suites it could’ve been better. I think it just needs an overall revamp everything still feels olden day. And that might be okay for some. I would note the lobby smelt, and the rooms were slightly musty however they were clean and it was okay. Maybe consider dropping the price.

Staff were great, room was comfortable. Unfortunately its pool was getting an upgrade was was out of commission. Air con must have been getting an upgrade because the rooms wall had a covering of dust above curtain was covered in a layer of fluff/dust.
