Good things - Very spacious, we appreciated our room was partitioned between the beds, and seemed very quiet. We had a accessible shower which is fine but water goes everywhere. Also great to have free parking, and good proximity to Sylvia park. The gym was more equipped than most, spa pool was a little cold, although the bar/dining seemed quite expensive, and got charged an extra $1.50 for having a coffee takeaway, which is ridiculous.

Great spacious suite with amazing views. Somewhat dated and was not serviced after night one before checkout after night 2 meaning less towel availability and no coffee pods. Found a receipt under a cushion on the couch which made me question cleanliness.

Lovely and friendly staff - room was as expected. TV is dying and needs replacing, 2/3 of the screen is dark. We should’ve gotten a room with a microwave but we managed. Besides that, we were happy with the service, and presentation of the room. Buffet breakfast was excellent, plenty of options, lots of hot and cold options. We’ll definitely go back again.

Upon check in, waited for a long period of time and then they took my passport as ID and never gave it back. I got to the room, some of the lamps didn’t work, some of the lights didn’t work and so was super dark, my window was left open so when I entered the room at night it was freezing inside, the tv also just was stuck on loading the whole time. I then wasn’t given my passport on check out(also my fault for forgetting I gave it) and I had to rush back to the hotel where I could have missed my flight. If I wasn’t staying there one night for few hours I would have moved accom.

I stayed in the presidential suite and even though its got a great view and the bath room is luxurious, I don't think this suits the name. Hopefully a real president doesn't stay at tis property. The fridge was empty with no water inside, milk was just enough for 1 cup of coffee which was very disappointing. The price being paid for this room I was expecting at least a mini bar with stock inside, obviously at the occupants cost. But overall experience was very disappointing. I could have saved at least $150 and stayed in another room or another Hotel or Motel and got the same experience and even better. Mood lights in the bathroom not all working and water pressure so low it took us 45min to draw a bath tub, shower water pressure way to low to use the rain shower which is stuff being advertised and paid for and can not be used. Def worst place I stayed in. At least if we were staying in one of the other rooms for cheaper we would not have expected as much but this room cost me double with nothing to offer. not worth the price anyway.

Everything was clean and tidy. The equipment and décor are a bit dated, but the service was great. I didn’t have time to try the meals, but would consider coming back next time — especially at such a reasonable price.
