Wir waren zufrieden

Das Zimmer war groß genug, sogar mit Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Die Rezeption war effektiv und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut schallisoliert. Das Frühstück kostet zwar 17 Euro, ist sehr gut. Der Verantwortliche Mitarbeiter ist sehr nett und liest einem die Wünsche von den Lippen ab.

Obwohl das Hotel direkt am Bahnhof und an einer Verkehrsanbindung liegt ist es sehr ruhig !! Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Sauberkeit war ok, obwohl man das ein oder andere im Badezimmer hätte besser machen können! Die Handtücher waren auch schon weicher!! Frühstücksbüffet war mit 17€ etwas zu teuer.

Also. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich. Aber der Zustand der Zimmer war erschreckend. Warum schaut sich kein Verantwortlicher die Zimmer ab und an mal an? Die freundlichen Reinigungsdamen haben mit Sicherheit die schlimmen Flecken auf dem nicht mehr zeitgemäßen Teppich bemerkt und gemeldet. Das muss man doch beheben. Die Dusche ist so verkalkt, dass das Badezimmer komplett unter Wasser steht. Das muss so doch schon lange so sein. Das kommt nicht innerhalb von zwei Wochen zu solchem Schmutz. Ein solch ungepflegtes Hotel hatte ich bei Intercity noch nie.

1. Location right near the station was ideal for a stopover. It will be even better when the construction around the station is finished. 2. Loved the decor in the foyer and the room which has an art deco vibe. 3. Very thoughtful renovations. Lots of shelves and nooks and cranies to store possessions. 4. Fridge was a surprising bonus. 5. Eco friendly. We were offered drinks instead of a daily room clean, which definitely isn't needed for a 2 night stay.

Vi kommer ikke igen her.

Vi fik ikke det værelse vi havde bestilt, vi fik 2 enkeltsenge. Værelse med vindue ud til Hovedbanegård, og der var ingen aircon og larm hele natten igennem, helt umuligt at sove. Tydeligt der havde været røget på toilettet som i øvrigt lugtede af urin efter bad.
