The cottage is located just 15 minutes from Pithiviers, 40 minutes from Fontainebleau, 1 hour from Orléans, and 1.5 hours from Paris.
Nearby attractions include the town of Pithiviers, the aquatic center, the Transport Museum, and the Saffron Museum in Boynes. On the ground floor: entrance hall, living room with a wood-burning stove and table football, dining room and equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed, a separate shower room, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: four bedrooms (three with a 140x190 cm double bed and one with a 160x200 cm double bed), two separate shower rooms, two separate toilets, and a sleeping area on the landing with a 140x190 cm sofa bed.

Machine room opposite the house with washing machine, dryer, sink, and various equipment.

You can enjoy the 2,500 m² garden with its relaxation area, garden furniture, and barbecue, a pétanque court, a landscaped maze, two rowboats (seating 4) available for cruising on the Essonne River at the bottom of the garden, a private heated swimming pool (open from May to the end of September depending on weather conditions, 7x3.70 m, 1.58 m deep, salt water, heated between 27°C and 28°C), deckchairs, and more.

Private parking on the property (parking for 5 cars is available).

All-inclusive rate: Heating included, sheets provided and beds made upon arrival, towels provided, and end-of-stay cleaning included. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Check-in from 4 pm and check-out at 10 am.
